Yes, absolutely. In fact, it's a good idea to come in without your dog and ask all your questions. We just ask that you don't come during nap time, which is between 12pm - 2pm.
We don't mind if you are a nervous parent! Yes, you can call and check up on your pet as often as you need to feel comfortable.
First we ask you about your dog's likes and dislikes. Generally, we divide dogs according to both size and temperament -- big dogs with big dogs; bouncy dogs with bouncy dogs, etc. That said, we may place a shy or older large dog with the smaller ones, or a particularly vigorous small dog with larger dogs who enjoy that style of play. We mix the groups to ensure everyone is happy.
No, all dogs have the same day. When the day is over daycare dogs go home and boarder's sleep over.

Each dog gets a large individual kennel, complete with a bed, toys and treats. If you would like to bring bedding and toys from home for exclusive use you are more than welcome, but please limit it to just a few items.
We recommend that you bring your own dog's food when boarding. We will match your schedule at home. We can refrigerate, freeze and microwave.
If your dog requires special food, please bring it with you along with specific instructions. If your dog takes medications we will make sure your dog gets them on a regular schedule that you specify. If your dog has a very serious medical condition, please call us to discuss your needs.
We will immediately take your dog to a veterinary clinic. There is a 24 hour Emergency Vet Clinic a short distance away with highly competant staff and very up-to-date equipment, and we are confident that they can help us in just about every emergency.
If you didn't find the answers to your questions, please give us a call!
